For those new to cycling or who don’t have a high level of fitness. Easy combination of flatter or gently undulating routes at an easy pace.

Gentle

15-25 mls

100-300m

On gently undulating terrain at an easy pace but may have a short steeper hill. For semi-regular riders / relative novices wishing to gain experience & fitness.

Moderate

20-30 mls

300-450m

On rolling terrain with more frequent hills at a medium pace for regular riders

Challenging

25-50 mls

450-800m

Longer rides with more ascent or at a faster pace.
